elcome to the Shakespeare on-the-Rocks Festival website. As we enter our 21st season, we are proud to invite all of you to attend a performance of one or better yet, of all four of our productions, which are being performed every weekend from September 3-27. This season we are reprising our productions of the romantic tragedy Romeo and Juliet, the timeless political drama Julius Caesar, and magical The Tempest, and adding a new production of the romantic comedy Twelfth Night. The festival has now been rebuilt to its full complement of four shows, one of which is a new production, all performed in repertory from the outset. We will also host the Renaissance Fair on the final three nights, September 25-27.

Shakespeare on-the-Rocks is special because our productions are in an intimate outdoor setting, feature scripts edited for modern audiences, integrate music and dance into the plays, and feature our best local talent, both young and young at heart.
